2.1 Defined Terms
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires: “Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Sydney, Australia.
“Completion” means completion of the sale and purchase of the Shares in accordance with clause 5.
“Encumbrance” means any mortgage, charge, pledge, lien, assignment, hypothecation, security interest, title retention, preferential right or trust arrangement.
